Hex Lord Malacrass, a witch doctor, is the second to last boss within Zul’Aman. Looking to annihilate the existence of all elves, Malacrass had devised a similar plan to that of the blood elves, who had channeled the power of Light into their own ranks. He, instead, sealed the power of the animal gods within the bodies of the Amani’s strongest warriors. Zul’jin quickly approved the plan and lent his full support. Malacrass experimented tirelessly and succeeded in imbuing four warriors with the essence of mighty animal gods and eventually lead to the rise of Zul’Aman.
We are going to take the opportunity in Cataclysm to try and fix some of the problems with the Rage mechanic for both warriors and druids. Some of these problems include:
- Warriors/druids in the lowest levels of gear can be Rage-starved.
- Warriors/druids in the highest levels of gear no longer have to manage their Rage when it becomes infinite.
- Warrior/druid tanks lose Rage income as they improve their gear and take less damage.
- The gameplay of warrior and druid tanks loses a lot of depth when massive boss hits means never having to manage Rage.
- Heroic Strike and Maul are effective, but tedious abilities for using up extra Rage.
- In general, warriors and druids don’t have enough control over their Rage.

Scourgelord Tyrannus
Posted on 2010 under Guides, Instances, Wrath of the Lich King | No Comment13 Jul
Scourgelord Tyrannus is a human Death Knight mounted upon the mighty frost wyrm Rimefang. He is the final boss players encounter in the Pit of Saron.
Overview
-
Initially Scourgelord Tyrannus is mounted on Rimefang and delivers a small speech. During this he can be attacked by ranged DPS.
-
Rimefang will attack players from above and sometimes chase a target designated by Tyrannus. All players should spread out to minimize AoE damage.
-
When a DPS is affected by Overlord’s Brand, he must stop dealing damage as it will be transferred to the tank. Healers should keep on healing though Tyrannus will benefit from those amplified heals.
-
“Scourgelord Tyrannus roars and swells with dark might!”: Once this emote is announced, Tyrannus needs to be kited over a patched floor of ice. After his buff wanes, the tank can resume and no longer risk getting high damage spikes.
Marwyn, Arthas Menethil’s second captain during his life as a paladin, is the second boss in the Halls of Reflection. He will engage the party after the 9th spirit wave has been defeated.
Marwyn becomes active on the tenth and final wave of the gauntlet of ghosts spawned to block intruders (which are also based on Human units from Warcraft III), and must be defeated in order to proceed to the Shadow Throne.

Sapphiron drops Key to the Focusing Iris, and Heroic Key to the Focusing Iris, which unlock 10 Player and 25 Player difficulty for The Eye of Eternity respectively.
Sapphiron was an agent of the blue dragonflight who had guarded a treasure hoard in the mountains of Northrend. After being slain by Arthas Menethil, the dragon was raised as a powerful frost wyrm and sent to the halls of Naxxramas, where he guards the inner sanctum of the citadel’s dread master, Kel’Thuzad.

Originally a human mage of the Kirin Tor, Kel’Thuzad was swayed under the influence of the Lich King. After bringing the plague to Lordaeron, he was slain by Arthas. Arthas (by then a death knight) resurrected him as a lich so he could summon Archimonde the Defiler into Azeroth. Following Arthas’ departure for Northrend, Kel’Thuzad was left to command the Scourge of Lordaeron from his necropolis, Naxxramas. Following his first defeat, he and his necropolis moved to Northrend.
Here’s how the system works: As you spend points in a given talent tree, you’ll receive three different passive bonuses specific to that tree. The first bonus will increase your damage, healing, or survivability, depending on the intended role of the tree. The second bonus will be related to a stat commonly found on gear desirable to you, such as Haste or Crit. The third bonus will be the most interesting, as it will provide an effect completely unique to that tree — meaning there will be 30 different bonuses of this nature in the game. This third bonus is the one that will benefit from the Mastery rating found on high-level (level 80 to 85) gear.
