World of Warcraft: Cataclysm (or Cata for short) is the upcoming third expansion for World of Warcraft and was officially announced on August 21, 2009 at BlizzCon 2009. The majority of the expansion content takes place in drastically reforged Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms.
It is to include the playable races of the worgen for the Alliance and the goblins for the Horde. Flying mounts will finally be usable in Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms. Deathwing will make his return into Azeroth from Deepholm, causing a new Sundering.

Lore
From the official site:
An ancient evil lies dormant within Deepholm, the domain of earth in the Elemental Plane.
Hidden away in a secluded sanctuary, the corrupted Dragon Aspect Deathwing has waited, recovering from the wounds of his last battle against Azeroth and biding his time until he can reforge the world in molten fire.
Soon, Deathwing the Destroyer will return to Azeroth, and his eruption from Deepholm will sunder the world, leaving a festering wound across the continents. As the Horde and Alliance race to the epicenter of the cataclysm, the kingdoms of Azeroth will witness seismic shifts in power, the kindling of a war of the elements, and the emergence of unlikely heroes who will rise up to protect their scarred and broken world from utter devastation.

Felmyst is a fel dragon and the third boss of the Sunwell Plateau raid. She is raised from the corpse of the blue dragon Madrigosa when the blood of the slain pit lord Brutallus seeps into the ground and flows beneath her body. Felmyst is the final boss encounter before reaching Agamath, the First Gate. Felmyst drops the last of the 8 tier 6 tokens.
Tips
-
This encounter bears a number of similarities to Nightbane. Felmyst will alternate between fighting on the ground and attacking from the air, and the raid must properly transition between these phases.
-
The main tank should wear a good amount of nature resistance gear to help avoid the corrosion debuff.
-
Priests should be quick to use mass dispel to remove the gas nova debuff as otherwise mana users will quickly be out of mana.
-
Raid members must pay close attention to where the vapors are as getting caught in their debuffs can quickly cause wipes.
-
As with Nightbane proper management of the skeleton adds is very important. Paladins should be particularly useful for this task.

M’uru is a fallen naaru and former guardian of Tempest Keep. He was captured by Kael’thas’ blood elves and taken to Silvermoon City. After his defeat in Tempest Keep, Kael’thas and his felblood minions captured M’uru from Silvermoon and took him to the Sunwell Plateau, presumably to drain his power and aid in the summoning of Kil’jaeden. He thus represents the fifth encounter of the instance.
Possible origins of name
M’uru’s name is possibly derived from the early writings of Tolkien. In some early drafts, the evil spider goddess Ungoliant was called Múru in the Quenya language. (Many see this as a pretty unlikely connection, a coincidence at best.)

Kil’jaeden the Deceiver is a powerful eredar demon lord and is the acting leader of the Burning Legion. Selected twenty-five thousand years ago as the chief lieutenant of Sargeras, he was ranked above the now-deceased demon lord, Archimonde. While Archimonde had led the Legion’s armies, Kil’jaeden’s agenda was to assimilate every race possible into the folds of the Burning Legion. Since the apparent banishment of Sargeras, he has assumed the role of supreme commander. He is also notable as the creator of the Lich King.

Sunwell Plateau is a 25-man raid instance located on the Isle of Quel’Danas which was implemented with Patch 2.4. The instance is intended to be the most difficult in the game until Wrath of the Lich King, and caters to Black Temple/Hyjal geared raiders. The instance bosses drop tokens redeemable for new pieces added to the Tier 6 Armor Sets and loot better than that from Black Temple. This raid dungeon requires no attunement.
The instance contains both outdoor areas and building interiors, where players will find captured naaru, which are the primary power source of the town, and inside the final building the Sunwell itself.
The architecture of the Sunwell Plateau is comparable to that of Silvermoon City.

Kael’thas Sunstrider, Lord of the Blood Elves, is the fourth and final boss encounter of the Eye. He is accompanied by his council of four advisors: Thaladred the Darkener, Master Engineer Telonicus, Grand Astromancer Capernian and Lord Sanguinar. He spawns seven powerful legendary items which you have to fight, defeat and then equip in order to defeat Kael’thas. These items are usable only during the encounter; reseting the encounter, wiping, or releasing to the graveyard will cause them to desummon.

High Astromancer Solarian is the third boss of the Eye in Tempest Keep. She is a level ?? (boss) mage, but is attired in Voidheart Raiment, the Tier 4 armor for warlocks, (most likely due to the fact that she transforms into a giant Voidwalker towards the end of her fight.)

Al’ar is the first seen boss of the Eye in Tempest Keep. This boss is more often than not skipped at first and attempted after Void Reaver because of Void Reaver’s lesser difficulty.

Void Reaver is the second boss in the Eye of Tempest Keep. It is a Fel Reaver guardian. Since it is a rather simple fight (probably easier than High King Maulgar or Prince Malchezaar), it has earned the nickname “Loot Reaver.” The only pre-condition is that the raid’s total DPS be high enough to kill it prior to its enrage (after 10 minutes).

Tempest Keep is a former naaru fortress in the Netherstorm in Outland. This crystalline fortress is now ruled by Kael’thas Sunstrider, the lord of the blood elves, and dominated by scores of his brethren. The structure is divided into three wings – satellites of the gigantic structure – with the fourth wing, the Exodar, now in the world of Azeroth as the Draenei capital.
